This Privacy Policy explains how MadePrompt (“we”, “us”, “the site”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit madeprompt.com. MadePrompt is a review and educational site about NSFW AI tools, intended for adults aged 18 or older.

2. What We Collect

• Usage analytics: anonymised page views, referrers, device type, country and time-on-page, collected via Burst Statistics (self-hosted, no third-party tracking) and, where applicable, Google Analytics.

• Spam protection: when you submit the contact form or use the prompt generator, Google reCAPTCHA collects technical data (IP, browser fingerprint, mouse movement) to verify you are human. This data is processed by Google under their privacy policy and terms.
• Information you give us: anything you voluntarily send via the contact form (name, email, message).
• Age confirmation: a cookie records that you confirmed you are 18+ on first visit, so the gate is not shown again.

We do not create user accounts, do not store the prompts you generate, and do not sell personal data.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Legitimate interest for basic anonymised analytics needed to run and improve the site.
• Consent for non-essential cookies and any optional tracking, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Contract / legitimate interest for handling messages you send us.

4. How Long We Keep Data

• Analytics data: aggregated and retained up to 26 months.
• Contact form submissions: up to 24 months, then deleted unless you have an open conversation with us.
• Cookies: up to the duration listed in the Cookie Policy.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with the providers that make the site work:

• Hosting and CDN provider (server logs).
• Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection).
• Google Analytics, when enabled (anonymised).

When you click an outbound link to a third-party AI tool we review (CandyAI, Promptchan, OurDream, etc.), you leave MadePrompt and the third party’s privacy policy applies.

6. Affiliate Links

7. Your Rights

If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to processing or restrict it.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

8. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. Google) are based outside the EU/EEA. When data is transferred internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

MadePrompt is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and uses standard hardening (security headers, firewall, brute-force protection). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
