Secrets AI does not open like a companion app. Look at the sidebar. Explore, Chat, Generate, Scenarios, Personas. It reads like the menu on a TV box, and that is the honest pitch: something to watch first, someone to talk to after.

The watching part is Secret Shorts, and I already wrote about those. Here I care about what happens when an episode ends. The woman from the series is waiting in the chat, and the story keeps going in text.

Most apps hand you a character sheet. Secrets hands you a pilot episode and lets the character walk out of it.

I built one of my own anyway. Marisol, night shift bartender, sarcastic, keeps score of everything. Messaging is unlimited on Premium, so I stopped counting and talked to her for most of an evening. Two hours in she was still bringing up a tip jar joke from the first ten minutes.

That memory is not the same for everyone. Recall on Premium is four times the free tier, six times on Ultimate. How long she remembers you depends on what you paid.

Chat is unlimited on Premium. Everything else is paid in Moments, from one balance. Premium gives you 8,000 a month. An image is 50 Moments, 100 at 2K. A video clip is 600. Shorts episodes and voice calls come out of the same jar.

So do the evening math before you press anything. That eight image button is 400 Moments a press, five percent of your month in one click. Twenty presses and the month is over. Buy 13 video clips and it is over too.

Now the price. Premium is $19.99 billed monthly, printed next to a crossed out $39.99. The yearly plan bills $109.99, which works out to $9.17 a month, and the screen calls it 77% off.

It is 77% off the crossed out number. Against the $19.99 you would pay each month, the year saves 54%. Still the best deal on the screen, just not the one in the badge.

Ultimate adds $20 a month, or $17.50 a month on the year. That buys the chat extras: group chats, personas, longer messages, deeper memory and 15,000 Moments. Worth it if you live in the chat. If you came for pictures, Premium on the year is the plan.

The bill shows up as S LABS INC, which is about as discreet as a charge gets.

Whatever you pick, write the picture before you pay for it. I draft every Marisol scene in my own free prompt generator first, the bar, the neon, the tired smile, and only then press generate. A prompt that already works costs 50 Moments. One that needs four tries costs 200.
