Anal breaks more of my renders than any other act. Not because models refuse it. Because it happens where two bodies overlap, and overlap is where diffusion starts inventing. Fused hips. A third hand. A thigh that turns into a forearm.
The fix is boring. Name the act plainly, then hand the model geometry it cannot misread.
Say it plainly or the model softens it
Soft words get swapped for safer ones. Write “taken from behind” and half your generations come back as vanilla doggy with zero anal contact. The model picks the most common thing in its training data.
So write “anal sex” or “anal penetration” in the first ten words, before the lighting and the lens. Act terms carry more weight when they land early. If your tool clamps down on the direct term, no phrasing trick fixes that. Pick another off the rankings.
Common fail
You stack five synonyms hoping one lands. The model averages them into a confused half pose with no clear contact anywhere.
Fix: one act term, once, up front. Spend the rest on bodies and camera.
Count the limbs out loud
Two people means four arms and four legs. Put that number in the prompt. Sounds stupid. Works anyway: you are giving the model a budget, not room to improvise.
Then anchor every limb to a surface. Hands flat on the mattress. Palms on tile. One hand on her hip, one on her shoulder. A hand touching nothing becomes a floating hand. Same with the spine: “torso lowered onto forearms, hips raised, back arched” reads. “Bent over” is a guess.

The angle decides whether anyone can tell
Straight on from behind is the worst framing here and everybody’s default. Both bodies stack into one silhouette: a smooth blob with a head on top.
What reads: a three quarter rear angle, or a full side profile at hip height. Side profile is the honest one. Two spines, four legs, daylight between the thighs, your strongest cue that these are two separate people. Name the lens: a 35mm at hip height is nothing like an 85mm crop.

Light the contact, do not flatten it
Flat frontal light is why so many anal prompts look like plastic dolls. No shadow, no depth, no visible seam between two people. Use a single directional key 45 degrees off axis and ask for shadow under the thigh and along the hip crease. Rim light on the raised hip beats any quality tag.
Common fail
Joints bend backwards. A knee inverts, a wrist snaps the wrong way, an ankle points at the ceiling.
Fix: name what the joint rests on. “Knees planted either side of his thighs” beats “straddling” every time. Weight bearing surfaces keep joints legal.

The negative block that kills this specific mess
Generic negatives are wasted tokens. Anal fails four predictable ways, so name those four.
- Duplication: extra limbs, extra arms, extra legs, three hands, extra torso, duplicate person
- Fusion: fused bodies, merged torsos, conjoined hips, single merged silhouette
- Detachment: floating hands, disembodied hand, missing limb, detached leg
- Bad joints: deformed joints, knee bent backwards, broken wrist, twisted spine, extra fingers
Tail it with plastic skin, mannequin, blurry contact point, watermark, text. Same block every time. My keeper rate tripled.
The words that carry the weight
Every failure in this piece came from a word doing a job it could not do. Anal names an act, not a geometry, so the model fills the gap with whatever it saw most of. The fix is never a longer prompt. It is a more exact one, and exact means knowing which term the model recognizes for the angle you want.
That vocabulary is written down. The NSFW Prompt Dictionary lists the position and anatomy terms next to what each one renders, which is the part you cannot guess from the name.
Get the angle honest and the anatomy follows. Fake the angle and no negative will save you.
