Double penetration broke my confidence for about a month. Solo pinup, 95% clean. Two bodies, fine. Add a third and the model invents anatomy. Three legs where two belong. One face copied twice. Three bodies means the model has to track limb ownership, and nothing in a normal prompt tells it who owns what. So you tell it. Write it like a seating chart, not a sentence, and the keeper rate jumps.
Headcount goes in the first six words
The opening clause sets the population. If the model has to guess whether the second cock belongs to a second man or is a duplicate on the first, it will guess, and it will guess ugly. Lead with the count. “three people, one woman and two men.” Never contradict it later.
Kill the pronoun soup too. “She takes him while he holds her” gives the model three antecedents and zero owners. Label them. Woman, man 1, man 2. Clinical. Renders clean.
Common fail
One shared description for both men, and the render fuses them into a single wide torso with four arms.
Fix: every body gets its own descriptor block, starting with its label. Different hair, different skin tone, different build. Contrast is the separator. Two identical tanned guys is a merge request.
Example prompt
“three adults, one woman and two men, double penetration, woman long black hair pale freckled skin on all fours, man 1 dark skin shaved head kneeling behind her hips, man 2 light skin brown beard at her face, vaginal penetration by man 1, oral with man 2, man 1 hands on her waist, man 2 hands in her hair, photorealistic, 85mm, three quarter side view, all three bodies in frame”
Contact language beats verbs
Image models don’t understand penetration as an action. They render contact, orientation and occlusion. So write where the bodies are, not what they are doing. “Kneeling behind her hips.” “Seated in front of her, her mouth at his groin.” Position beats verbs. Then assign the penetration per body, one clause each, and give every hand a job. Hands are where these renders die. Leave four unassigned and the model averages them down to two.
Common fail
“Double penetration, threesome” and nothing else. Two men, one point of contact, a spare arm from off frame.
Fix: name both points of contact and both sets of hands, in the order you introduced the bodies.
Example prompt
“three people, one woman between two men, standing double penetration, woman red wavy hair olive skin, man 1 behind her hands under her thighs, man 2 in front chest to chest, anal from man 1, vaginal from man 2, her arms around man 2 neck, two distinct male faces, dim light, full body side shot, no crop at the knees”
Angles that keep three bodies readable
Straight-on POV is the worst pick. The front body hides everything behind it and the model fills that gap with garbage. Top-down flattens the geometry. Go three quarter side view or clean profile, full body in frame, and say so. And don’t crop tight. A limb that leaves the frame gets invented.
The negative block does half the work
I never generate this scene without negatives. Mine, verbatim.
- extra limbs, extra arms, extra legs, three legs
- fused bodies, merged torsos, conjoined bodies
- duplicate face, cloned face, same face twice
- extra hands, merged hands, malformed hands, six fingers
- floating limb, disembodied arm, headless body
- extra penis, deformed anatomy, blurry, watermark
No negative field? Append the list as “avoid:” text. I keep the full vocabulary in the NSFW prompt dictionary so I’m not retyping it at 1am.
Illustrated models win the hard scenes
Photoreal checkpoints learned bodies from photographs, where half the limbs in a three-body pile are hidden. They learned the occlusion, not the skeleton, so they hallucinate the hidden half. Anime checkpoints learned from art where every limb was drawn on purpose. Clean contours, consistent count. Coherence over texture.
So block the scene illustrated first, confirm the geometry reads, then port the structure to photoreal. Promptchan is what I use for that. Style switching on one prompt is a single dropdown, and its anime modes hold three bodies far better than its realistic ones.
Example prompt
“three characters, one woman two men, anime illustration, double penetration, woman silver twin tails across man 1 lap, man 1 blue hair behind her, man 2 blond between her legs, anal man 1, vaginal man 2, her hands on man 2 shoulders, clean lineart, side three quarter view, two clearly separate male bodies”
And when three is not enough
Three bodies, three descriptor blocks, one negative list. That is the whole discipline and it holds. What it does not tell you is where it stops holding, because four is where the same method starts returning coin flips and five is where nothing on the market renders cleanly at all.
Two heads, three arms maps that ceiling, and the cropping tricks that fake a crowd once you are past it.
Three bodies is a counting problem before it is anything else. Count first, describe second.
