I’ve rendered the same woman about four hundred times. Not obsession. I kept losing her. One generation she’s got a sharp jaw and green eyes, the next she’s a soft-faced stranger in the same lingerie. Same prompt, word for word. Different girl.
This is the repeat-user problem nobody solved cleanly in 2026. Chat models remember your girlfriend’s name for forty messages. Image models remember nothing, and “gorgeous 24 year old brunette” describes nine million faces. Want a recurring girl instead of an endless casting call? Stop describing her and start locking her.
Your prompt is a probability cloud, not a person
The model isn’t drawing your character. It’s sampling everything that matches your words. Vague words, wide cloud, new face every time. Narrow, specific, repeated words, tight cloud, and the faces start rhyming. That’s all consistency is.
Six slots, no poetry
An identity block is a fixed string of physical facts that opens every prompt. Six slots, nothing more:
- Face structure. Heart-shaped face, high cheekbones, slightly upturned nose.
- Eyes. Color plus shape. Hazel-green almond eyes beats pretty eyes.
- Hair. A named cut, never just a length. Blunt collarbone bob, center part, dark auburn.
- Build. Athletic, narrow shoulders, small bust, short.
- Skin. Olive with warm undertones, light freckling across the nose.
- One or two fixed marks. A mole, a scar, a small tattoo in a named spot.
The marks do the heaviest lifting and everyone skips them. A beauty mark under the left eye, a thin script tattoo on the ribs. The face can drift five percent and the marks still say it’s her. Face consistency is mostly mark consistency doing the work.
Common fail
You keep the block in your head but rewrite the wording every render. Auburn bob becomes reddish-brown short hair becomes copper hair. To you that’s the same girl. To the model those are three different distributions, and you just rerolled her.
Fix: freeze the block as literal text and paste it. Same words, same order, same commas. Only what comes after it changes. Need a stronger word in there? Grab it once from the NSFW prompt dictionary, then never touch it again.
Steal the block off your own best image
My best blocks weren’t written. They were harvested. You already have that one render you loved and could never reproduce. Feed it to the image to prompt page, which reads it back as a prompt, all of it running locally in your browser. Then cut it down. Delete the pose, outfit, lighting, background. Keep the six slots. What’s left is your block, written in language the model already proved it understands.
No image to harvest from? Build her from scratch in the AI girlfriend generator instead. It locks the character once, so the physical facts come back identical on every regeneration, which is the block you would otherwise have to freeze by hand.
Seeds help, then they quit on you
Fixing your seed locks the noise pattern. Same seed plus same prompt returns the same image. Great for saving one shot. Useless the second you change the scene. A new pose reshuffles everything and the seed stops protecting the head. Seeds reproduce one frame, not a character across twenty. The block travels, the seed doesn’t.

That’s the frozen part. Now the scenes, each one appended after it.

Three different shots. One woman. The block never moved a comma.
When prompting stops being enough
Honest limit. Prompting gets you eighty five percent of the way. Plenty for one set, not enough for a girl you run for months. Past that the model has to learn her, which means training on reference photos of a consenting adult whose images you have the rights to, or a synthetic character you built yourself.
